Sponsor a district

Put your name on a safer school year.

A sponsorship covers a district's RidePermit subscription for a year. Every student in that district gets registration, safety training, a permit, and a decal, and their families pay nothing. You choose the district, or we match you with one nearby that needs it.

How it works

Four steps, and a district goes live.

Sponsorship uses the same tiers a district would pay itself. You are not buying a program for RidePermit. You are buying one for a school district.

1

Choose a level

Sponsorship levels match district size by permitted devices, from a single school to a large unified district.

2

Name a district, or let us match you

Most sponsors choose a district in their own community. If you would rather we find one that needs it, we will propose two or three.

3

The district goes live

We configure the district's policy and schools and stand it up. Families register, train, and receive permits at no cost.

4

You are recognized

Your name on the district's registration and permit pages, in the launch announcement to families, and on this site.

Sponsorship levels

Sized to the district, not to the sponsor.

Each level covers one district for one school year. The number of permitted devices sets the level, so a sponsor knows exactly how many riders their support reaches.

Multi-year and multi-district sponsorships are available. A sponsorship can also cover part of a district's subscription, with the district paying the balance.

What sponsors get

Visible where it counts, to the people who count.

Every family in the district registers through RidePermit. Recognition goes where they are looking, not on a banner nobody reads.

On the district's registration pages

"This program is sponsored by" with your name and logo, seen by every family that registers a device.

In the launch to families

The district's announcement to parents names the sponsor that made the program possible.

On the permit

The digital permit each family holds carries a sponsor acknowledgment for the school year.

On ridepermit.com

Listed as a district sponsor, with the district and the year, for as long as the sponsorship runs.

A report at year end

Riders registered, training completions, and permits issued in the district you sponsored. Numbers you can publish.

A story worth telling

A district that could not fund a safety program now has one, with your name on it. Press releases and community announcements are yours to make.

Who sponsors

Organizations that already care whether kids get home.

E-bike makers and retailers

The riders you sell to are the riders who need training. Sponsoring the district they ride in is the most direct safety investment available.

Hospitals and trauma centers

You see the injuries. A sponsored district is prevention with a measurable footprint, in the community you serve.

Insurers and brokers

Trained riders, verified permits, and a documented program lower the risk you underwrite.

Local businesses and foundations

The district down the road, the families you know, and a program that shows up in every parent's inbox.
